One year of war, one year of UFU
Has it really been a year? Since February 24th, Ukrainians have been robbed of their spring, summer, and fall. We've endured a long winter that still has its hold on us. Many spent in unfamiliar surroundings, separated from loved ones, and filled with fear and uncertainty.
But this year has also forged us into something stronger. Many have found a new purpose - to defend their country, volunteer, support their families, and more. Others work tirelessly to ensure that our troops are adequately supported. For the United for Ukraine platform, this year has been a testament to the power of unity. Following the invasion, our team banded together and launched the UFU platform on February 26th to assist Ukrainian IDPs.
With your support we have achieved much during this first year:
- Our information reached over 5.5 million people;
- Over 200,000 people have received tailored assistance;
- More than 6,000 people have received legal advice
- And we've helped over 12,000 people find temporary housing
Our work for Ukraine will continue, but we also believe that this year will be about the post-war recovery of our country. Victory is on the horizon, and we stand ready to support our fellow Ukrainians in any way possible.
Let's continue fighting for a brighter future, together.
